Shipping Policy & Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

We generally ship all items (meaning packages leave our facility) within  2 or 3 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. If there is a delay affecting our ability to ship generally, we will attempt to notify you. We ship through U.S. Postal Service, and packages can be tracked through their website. All of our packages are shipped Priority Mail, which usually arrive 2-3 days post our 1-2 day processing time. All packages are insured for $100 - unless the consumer elected to pay additional insurance for higher priced items.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the delivery date requested or provided is an estimate only. Bee Calm Naturals is not responsible for packages once they have been successfully delivered to the courier, including delays, or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government or acts of God. Delays in shipment, missing packages, etc. must be addressed directly between the consumer and the courier. We can provide tracking and additional information as needed.

All international sales are subject to all applicable U.S. and foreign export controls, and by placing an order through this web site, you affirm that you will comply with all applicable export controls and regulations. You will be the importer or exporter of record and are responsible for all required licenses, permits and authorizations. Customs and import duties, which vary from country to country, may apply to international sales, and are the responsibility of the recipient of your order.

Return Policy:

If you’re looking for answers about a return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! 

Please note the following return and exchange policy:

  • All Honey & CBD products are not eligible for return. However, If you're not satisfied with your product for any reason please contact us at hive@beecalm.org.
  • Returned items must have all seals, stickers, & tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returned items must be received within 30 Days of purchase
  • Any refund or credit associated with an appropriate return will be issued within 14 days of confirmation.
  • We do not offer any return/refund on lost or damaged returns
