What started as three hives in the families yard is now four yards in three counties and growing. How many bees is that? On average a hive has 60,000 bees. We have 24 hives. That is a lot of mouths to feed.
Our hives are placed strategically in the rolling hills of Central Kentucky. Near native flowering plants, we not only get the best flavors, but provide the pollinators.
Who do you call when you need help relocating a hive? We could not do our work without our Bee People. Community collaboration is part of the foundation of Bee Calm Naturals. Click the links below to find out more.

Bee Calm Naturals is a family operation, and has been from the start. What started as three hives in our backyard purchased as a hobby has grown into a family passion. We started small and learned from everyone that would teach us, reaching out to the rich and oh-so-friendly beekeeping community was one of our best moves yet. We now have twenty four hives in three different Central Kentucky counties, that’s a whole lot of hungry bees, and we hope they keep on growing.
Our dreams don’t end there though. Our drive comes from our passion for our ingredients, our dedication to our customers, & our will to progress constantly. Our goal is to provide you with the absolute best that nature has to offer. That means that we tamper as little as possible. We want the product to be as raw and unfiltered as the FDA will allow. We want to maximize the potential benefits of these incredible ingredients to provide you with maximum healing.
It has been 14 days, paid $18 for shipping and still NO order of my honey has been received.
I found this place after searching for local honey in Lexington KY. This is the second time I bought the honey from them and so far the best honey I’ve ever had. My allergy seems to calm down after trying the Kentucky honey for few weeks. I’m on the second jar of Kentucky one and the first jar of Barred Aged Honey 😇 definitely recommend this place.
